The source is stored in the local CVS. You can check out the latest version of the code, and recompile by yourself:

Patch the Irrlicht with suitable patch from Dakar2010/irrlich_patches/irrlich_patches.zip.
Add DX support to Dev-Cpp (download and install, DX.devpak).
Compile the Irrlicht.
Compile the Dakar2010 (maybe you need to modify the Makefile).
There is an other way where you don't need to compile the Irrlicht. Here (
engines.zip - 197 MB,
dev-cpp_5beta.zip - 28 MB) you can download the patched and compiled Linux and Windows 32 bit binaries.
